Birds of Nagaland
Nagaland, in the far northeast of India, is home to an incredible diversity of birdlife found in its mountain forests and bamboo thickets. This collection highlights species like the Naga Wren-Babbler, Kalij Pheasant, Golden-throated Barbet, and Spot-breasted Scimitar Babbler—many of which are endemic or rarely photographed. A rich mix of warblers, babblers, partridges, and barbets makes Nagaland a dream for birdwatchers and photographers exploring lesser-known regions of India.
