Flycatchers
Flycatchers are small, agile birds known for their acrobatic insect-hunting behavior and vibrant plumage. This photo collection spans some of the most iconic and elusive species including the Indian Paradise Flycatcher, the electric blue Verditer and Ultramarine Flycatchers, the rare Black-and-orange Flycatcher of the Western Ghats, and high-altitude migrants like the Taiga and Red-breasted Flycatchers. Also featured are forest gems such as the Shining Flycatcher, Rufous-gorgeted, and Snowy-browed Flycatchers, each captured in natural forest habitats across India and Southeast Asia.
